Huge shout out to Kirk, Emily and the service crew at Nelson Toyota. I was visiting from Washington State on a four day snowboard trip and my drive shaft broke the first day. Had my truck towed to their shop and they had it fixed in 24hrs! They went above and beyond, they had employee drive 2hrs round trip to pick up a used drive shaft. Saved the trip and made it home safe. Thanks again for the amazing service!!
Disappointed in their customer service. I have been working with this dealership and another one in Kelowna (where I purchased my vehicle) to repair an issue with my horn. The Kelowna dealer mailed a part to Nelson Toyota early September and multiple weeks went by and I never heard about its arrival/booking an appointment. After a few phone calls (which were not returned) I just went in and the box was just sitting opened in the corner of someones office. I go in for the repair in mid November and the part they mailed did not resolve the issue. They said they would handle communicating with the original dealer (to receive payment) and would figure out a game plan. Again, almost 6 weeks goes by and I do not hear anything so I phone multiple times, spoke with a manager, sent follow up emails, and have yet to hear back from them about what is happening with my car. I drive a Mazda, so maybe they just hate Mazda drivers :(

Amazing service and super friendly staff. I had a slow flat on my Highlander while passing through Nelson on a roadtrip, the tire was repaired within an hour and we were given a courtesy ride down to town to get coffee. Nelson has the best Toyota dealership!

"Last year, I had my water pump replaced at this dealership. Surprisingly, they installed a third-party water pump instead of an OEM one, without informing me or offering the option to choose. Unfortunately, I find myself in a frustrating situation now, as this current water pump needs replacement just 14 months later, while the warranty only covers it for a year. In contrast, the OEM water pump boasts a more generous 2-year warranty. Consequently, I am faced with the unexpected financial burden of replacing the water pump once again. These repairs are far from inexpensive, and having to address two water pump issues within a span of just 14 months is certainly disheartening. It's disappointing that Toyota cannot extend any assistance in this matter." No help at all from this dealership......
